What we collect

When you use the inspection or estimate form we collect what you type: name, phone, email (optional), the home's address and ZIP, what is wrong with the roof, preferred days and time, and any photos you upload. We also record the page you used, your browser's user agent and IP address, and the time, to fight spam.

The site uses Google Analytics (Google tag GT-KDTBT3JX) to count visits and clicks on our phone number. Google sets cookies for that. You can block them in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on.

How we use it

Only to answer your request: call you, schedule an inspection, prepare a quote, and keep a record of the job. We do not sell or rent your information.

Text messages

We text you only if you check the consent box on the form. That consent is optional and is not required to get service. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop texts, HELP for help. We store the exact consent wording and time with your request. We do not share your number or your consent with third parties for their marketing.

Who processes it for us

Form submissions are stored in a Postgres database (Neon), photos in file storage (Vercel Blob), and notifications are sent by email (Resend). Uploaded photos are stored at long, random web addresses that are not listed or linked anywhere public, so they can be opened from our notification email; anyone who had the exact address could open a photo, so don't upload anything you consider private. The site is hosted on Vercel. Spam protection may use Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers handle the data only to run these services for us.

How long we keep it

Children

The site is for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13.
