How we work

Inspections are free: we evaluate, you decide.⁵
After the inspection you get a detailed quote that lays out the steps and the costs.⁵
We work around your schedule.⁵

In Miami-Dade and Broward, the code also requires us to give you the roofing permit and go over the Owner’s Notification for Roofing Considerations with you before work starts:

In the HVHZ the roofing contractor must give you the roofing permit and walk you through the Owner's Notification for Roofing Considerations (FBC Section 1524), which you initial. It warns, among other things, that the wood deck may have to be renailed once the old roof is off and that roofs with perimeter walls (parapets) may need overflow scuppers.^3,4
